- Object to or restrict certain uses of your information
- Withdraw consent if processing is based on consent

7. Cookies and tracking
This Site does not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set technical cookies necessary to deliver and secure the Site (for example, to detect bots or remember your security challenge status). These cookies do not track you across other websites.
If we ever add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.
8. How we protect your information
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data submitted through the Site
- Cloudflare Full (strict) SSL encryption between your browser, our hosting edge, and our origin
- Limited access to internal email inboxes containing form submissions
- Standard Google Workspace account security including two-factor authentication on administrative accounts
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we ever experience a data security incident that compromises your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
9. Children's privacy
Our Site and services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 (and never from anyone under 13). If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. SMS / Text Message Communications
If you provide your mobile number on our website and separately opt in to text message communications by checking the SMS consent boxes on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from GH Transportation LLC. This section explains how our SMS program works.
Our SMS program is offered in two separate consent categories. You may opt in to either, both, or neither — your choice does not affect any application, employment, or eligibility for service:
- Operational SMS — moderate-volume transactional messages tied directly to your relationship with us (recruiting follow-ups, dispatch coordination, settlement, tracking, payments, etc.)
- Load Offer / Capacity Bid Broadcasts — high-volume broadcast messages where we offer available loads (to drivers) or rate bids (to brokers). This is the higher-frequency channel and is separately consented to so you can decline if the volume is more than you want.
What we send
- For driver applicants and active drivers:
- Load offer broadcasts — we text available loads to qualified drivers as they come in. Because most offers are not accepted by any given driver, you may receive many offers per day, only a few of which result in an assigned load.
- Dispatch coordination — pickup instructions, delivery instructions, load confirmations, route changes
- Operational updates — check calls, ETA requests, POD reminders, on-route support
- Settlement and pay — payment notifications, settlement statements, Quick Pay confirmations
- Recruiting — initial follow-ups, onboarding instructions, document requests
- For brokers and shipping partners:
- Capacity bids and rate offers — we text rate offers on posted loads matching our fleet availability
- Quote responses and rate confirmations
- Dispatch and tracking — driver assigned notifications, pickup confirmations, ETAs, in-transit updates
- POD and delivery confirmations
- Payment notifications — invoice status, payment confirmations
Frequency
Message frequency is very high during active operations. By opting in, you acknowledge and accept that this is a high-volume operational messaging program — not a marketing or occasional-update program.
Drivers: Load offers are broadcast to qualified drivers throughout the business day. Because GH Transportation LLC posts and accepts loads constantly, and because most offers are not accepted by any individual driver, an opted-in driver may receive dozens of messages per day during active load posting hours, and several hundred messages per month overall. During peak periods this can exceed 50+ messages in a single day. Frequency drops during off-hours, weekends, and slow freight periods, and rises during active loads (when you receive additional dispatch, operational, and settlement messages).
Brokers: Capacity bids, quotes, and operational updates may total several hundred messages per month during peak bidding and active shipments. During off-hours or between loads, frequency drops significantly.
Exact volume varies by your role, the loads posted, market conditions, and your engagement. We do not artificially cap message volume because doing so would prevent us from offering loads to qualified drivers in real time. If this volume is more than you want to receive, please opt out using the methods described below.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. GH Transportation LLC does not charge you for sending or receiving these messages, but standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.
How to opt out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message we send
- Replying UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL to any text message
- Emailing info@ghtransportation-llc.com with subject "SMS Opt Out" and your mobile number
For help, reply HELP to any of our messages or contact us at the email above. We will respond within one business day.
Consent is voluntary
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any application, employment, service, or purchase from GH Transportation LLC. You may still apply to drive with us, request freight quotes, or otherwise use our services without consenting to SMS.
Carriers and supported devices
Our SMS service is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are treated under the same privacy protections as the rest of this Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or transfer your mobile number or SMS opt-in data to third-party marketers. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; all categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.
11. California and other state privacy rights
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, including:
- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share
- The right to delete personal information we hold about you
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information
